Is there a free plan?+

Yes. Starter is $0/month forever and includes basic dispatching, customer management, payment requests, quotes, and invoices — capped at 10 jobs per month and 2 technicians. Perfect for testing PreDispatch with your real workflow before upgrading.

Can customers pay before dispatch?+

Yes — this is the core of PreDispatch. Pro and Enterprise plans include payment-before-dispatch: a Stripe payment link is sent to the customer the moment the call comes in, and your technician is only dispatched once the service-call fee clears. Fake calls and no-shows drop to near zero.

Do you charge per technician?+

No per-seat fees on any plan. Starter is capped at 2 techs, but Pro and Enterprise both include unlimited technicians at the flat $75/month (Pro) or your Enterprise rate. Hire as you grow without paying us more.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No contracts, no termination fees. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing month. Your data is exportable any time.
